In short: Invite, edit and remove the people who can access your Organisation from Settings > General > Users.
Understanding user management
Keeping your user list up to date makes sure the right people can see and act on your brand protection results, and that people who've moved on no longer have access.
To invite, edit or remove users from your Organisation, you need an Admin, Validator (Client) or Manager (Brand Partner) role. If you don't have one of these roles, contact your Corsearch Brand Partner for support.

1. Add a user
Use this to give a colleague access to Zeal.
Go to Settings > General > Users and select the + icon.
Add the user's email and select the right role from the dropdown.
The user receives an email with a link to join Zeal and, if they're a new user, to set their password.
Tip: If you're inviting someone who already uses Zeal 2.0, their email appears in the dropdown, so you can select it instead of typing it.
