In short: Zeal proposes ready-made Auto-Moderation rules for you to review and switch on, so you can grow your automated coverage without building every rule from scratch.
Understanding Rule Suggestions
Your Auto-Moderation rules do the first pass of classification for you. Each rule is a checklist of conditions: when a post matches a rule's conditions closely enough, the rule applies its label automatically (infringing or not infringing).
Rule Suggestions builds on this. Instead of you inventing every new rule, Zeal proposes ready-made ones that you can review and switch on whenever they look right. Nothing changes in how your posts are handled until you turn a suggestion on.

1. What Rule Suggestions does
Suggestions give you new rule ideas in the same place you manage your rules.
Suggestions appear in Settings → Auto-moderation. They arrive switched off by default, so they have no effect on your posts until you choose to enable one.
Each suggestion arrives with:
A clear name: written in plain English, so you can tell at a glance what the rule is designed to catch.
Predicted accuracy: an indication of how accurate it's expected to be, so you can judge whether to trust it before switching it on.
Note: If there are no suggestions available, this area simply won't appear. There's nothing you need to check or clear.

2. Review and accept a suggestion
A few checks let you add a proven rule in seconds.
Open the suggested rule to see what it's designed to catch, the conditions it uses and how accurate it's predicted to be.
Decide whether it fits how you want your posts moderated. If it looks right, switch it on: the suggestion becomes a live rule that starts auto-moderating like any other.
If it's not right for you, leave it off. It stays as a suggestion and has no effect.
Note: You accept a suggestion as it is: suggested rules can't be edited before you switch them on. If one isn't quite right, leave it off; a better one is likely to follow, and you can still adjust your own rules in the usual way.

3. Good to know
Suggestions are designed to be low-risk and low-maintenance.
Safe by default: suggestions are always off until you turn them on, so they never quietly change how your posts are moderated.
The list stays current: suggestions are refreshed roughly every two weeks, removing weaker ones and adding new ideas, so there's no expiry for you to manage.
Who can accept them: anyone with permission to update rules can accept a suggestion. If you can edit rules today, you can act on suggestions.
It only appears when useful: you'll only see the suggestions area when there's something to review.
