Understanding API Auto-Enforcement
API Auto-Enforcement sends your takedown requests directly to a platform through its API, so enforcements reach the platform automatically instead of being submitted by hand.
The following domains are available for API enforcement:
eBay
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

1. Set up eBay API enforcement
Use this to enforce eBay listings automatically through your brand's VERO account.
Important: Make sure the eBay account you'll use is VERO registered. If it isn't, use Email Auto-Enforcement Configuration instead.
Add the eBay domains
Open Settings → Enforce → Enforced Domains and click Add (+) to create a new domain entry.
Use the search to find and select all eBay domains.
Set the Method to API and the System to Automatic.
Request eBay credentials
Go to Enforce → Platform Credentials and click Add (+) to create new platform credentials.
Select Automatic Credentials, choose eBay from the dropdown and click Obtain.
Authorise Zeal in eBay
Go to the eBay login page and sign in with your client or brand VERO account.
On the authorisation page shown below, click Agree.
Check the eBay token
Go back to Platform Credentials.
Click the pencil icon to edit the credentials. The eBay token now appears automatically.
You're all set for automated enforcement on eBay through API. What to do next: test the setup by sending an automated enforcement to eBay through Zeal.
2. Set up Meta API enforcement
Use this to enforce Facebook and Instagram content automatically.
Open Settings → Enforce → Enforced Domains and click Add (+) to create a new domain entry.
Use the search to find and select all Facebook and Instagram domains: facebook.com, facebook.com/marketplace, facebook.com/ads and instagram.com.
Set the Method to API and the System to Automatic.
You're all set for automated enforcement on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through API. What to do next: test the setup by sending an automated enforcement to Facebook or Instagram in the Notice View.
Note: You don't need to add Platform Credentials for Meta API auto-enforcement.
