UX

Login Error Handling Improvement
Enhanced user feedback on failed login attempts.

Key Points:

  • The login page no longer refreshes when incorrect credentials are entered.

  • Users now see a clear on-screen message: “Incorrect username or password entered.”

Product Title Column in Post View
Makes bulk review easier by showing product titles directly in the results list.

Key Points:

  • Added a new Product Title column in the Post View.

  • Users can now see the product title without opening each individual listing.

Status Added to Top 10 Infringing Accounts
Quickly see whether top infringing accounts are still active or already taken down.

Key Points:

  • The Top 10 Infringing Accounts dashboard tile now shows Active/Down status.

Clickable Links in Comments
URLs in comments are now automatically clickable for easier navigation.

Key Points:

  • Any URL pasted into a comment is now converted into a clickable link.

Upload Supporting Documents for Mail-Based Notices
Users can now add evidence files directly to notices before they’re sent.

Key Points:

  • Previously, Supporting Documents couldn’t accept file uploads, which limited the ability to attach extra evidence (e.g., genuine vs. counterfeit comparisons).

  • Users can now upload files from their computer into Supporting Documents while the notice is still in Queue.

  • This enhancement currently applies to notice types that use the “mail” method.

Simplified Bulk Selection in Post View
Selecting multiple posts is now faster and easier.

Key Points:

  • Replaced the old Rank column with checkboxes for each post.

  • Added a master checkbox in the header to select all posts with a single click.

  • Removes the need to select one post first and then scroll to use “Select All.”

New Update: Updated Website Moderation Page
We’ve rolled out several improvements to the Website Moderation page to enhance review speed and clarity.

Key Points:

  • Improved screenshot viewer for clearer, more detailed visual inspection

  • DNS data now visible directly on the page (note: DNS search functionality is not yet included)

  • New Domain Data tab showing RDAP details when available from our WHOISXML data source

Filters & Search

Account Name Include/Exclude Filter
Improved search precision by allowing users to exclude specific accounts.

Key Points:

  • Users can now include or exclude account names when searching for posts.

Post Label Filter Added to Dashboard
Filter dashboard data more precisely using post labels.

Key Points:

  • Added a new Post Label Filter directly to the dashboard.

  • Allows users to refine dashboard insights based on specific labels applied to posts.

Enforcement

Vinted auto-enforcement now available!

Meta API Enforcement
You can now send takedowns to Facebook and Instagram directly through the platform.

Key Points:

  • Added support for sending enforcements via the Meta API.

  • You can now submit takedown requests for:
    • Individual posts
    • Accounts with their associated posts (must report at least 3 posts from an account)
    • Works for both Facebook and Instagram.

Shopee IP Improvements & Smarter Error Handling
Makes it easier to match IP Assets on Shopee and prevents accidental repeat enforcement.

Key Points:

  • Alternative IP Asset Names:
    • Added a new “Alternative Name” field so you can store multiple name variations for an IP Asset.
    • Helps the system recognize brand or certificate names exactly as they appear on Shopee and Ali platforms.

  • Shopee-Compatible Certificates:
    • You can now mark an IP Certificate as Shopee Compatible, making it easier for the system to use the right documents during Shopee enforcement.

  • Automatic Shopee Error File Handling:
    • When Shopee sends back an error file, the system now processes it automatically.
    • Posts marked by Shopee as REMOVED are updated to Down so we don’t attempt to enforce them again.
    • Posts marked UNDER_REVIEW are updated to Already Reported.
    • Other errors are captured and shown clearly to users.
    • This prevents repeated submissions and keeps enforcement cleaner and more accurate.

  • Behind the Scenes:
    • Shopee error file details are now shared automatically between ScraperForce and Zeal2, keeping data consistent without extra manual steps.
