Understanding the Contact Info filter
Use the Contact Info filter to find accounts and sellers by the contact details they share. It’s useful for spotting connections between accounts, and sellers moving buyers to messaging apps off the platform.
1. Options
All: accounts with any contact information.
Phone Number and Email Address: accounts listing a phone number or email address.
Messaging apps: WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Line and Zalo.
Social profiles: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube and Threads.
Link-in-bio tools: Linktree, Taplink, Manylink, Linkinbio, Beacons, Lnkbio and Inpok.
Google Maps: accounts linking to a Google Maps listing.
Tip: Accounts that share the same contact details are grouped automatically in Seller Network view, so you can investigate the whole network at once.
