Understanding Organisation Features
The Organization Features page gives admins a single view of the features configured and activated for the Organisation and its brand(s), so you can check at a glance what's available to your team.
Features toggle on as they become technically enabled and available.
1. Features on the page
Use this list to understand what each feature does when it's switched on.
Reverse Image Search Engine (RISE): runs Zeal's reverse image search technology, RISE. This is on by default for all production and demo instances.
Auto-validation: automatically sends checked posts for enforcement, for example posts containing validated counterfeit images or images with obvious counterfeit elements. This is off by default.
Price monitoring: gives access to the price monitoring graph on the Post Moderation page, capturing the price of the product each time the listing is scraped.
Cluster View (AI): gives access to Zeal's clustering view, for identifying high-value targets and networks.
Logo Detection (AI): automatically detects logos within listing images.
Category Classification (AI): automatically classifies each post by the listing's product category.
Zeal AI Auto-moderation (AI): automatically predicts post labels using Zeal AI.
Note: Auto-validation is off by default, because it sends posts for enforcement without a manual check.
