Understanding the Moderation filter
Use the Moderation filter to see items at a particular point in the workflow, for example everything still waiting to be labelled, or everything that has been quality checked and is ready for validation. You can also choose whether to see items moderated automatically, manually, or both.
1. Moderation method
Choose how the items you want to see were labelled.
Option | What it shows |
All | Items moderated automatically and manually |
Automatic | Items labelled by Auto-Moderation rules or AI detection |
Manual | Items labelled by a moderator |
2. Workflow stage
Choose the stage you want to see, separately for Posts, Images and Accounts/Websites.
Option | What it shows |
Unmoderated | Items that haven’t been labelled yet |
Moderated | Items that have been labelled (one check mark) |
Checked | Items whose label has been quality checked (two check marks) |
Validated | Items that have been validated (three check marks) |
Tip: To find posts waiting for client approval, select Checked for Posts. They’ve been quality checked but not yet validated.
