Understanding the Product filter
Use the Product filter to see which of your products and ranges are most affected. It narrows results using the product categories, product lines, products and identifiers (such as SKUs) set up for your brand in Settings.
1. Product Category
Narrow results to the product categories set up for your brand. Categories are fully customisable, so they can match your portfolio. For example, a fashion and luxury brand might use:
Apparel: t-shirts, dresses, jackets.
Footwear: trainers, heels, boots.
Accessories: belts, hats, scarves.
Bags: handbags, backpacks, clutches.
Jewellery & Watches: necklaces, bracelets, watches.
You could then show only Bags when investigating counterfeit handbags.

2. Reporting Name
A reporting name groups several detailed product categories under one name in your reports and analytics. It only changes how product data is grouped in reports. It doesn’t affect how items are moderated, which label is applied or how enforcement works.

3. Product Line and Product
Product Line: a group of related products in the same category.
Product: a specific item or model within a product line, such as an individual SKU or model name.
Product Line (Solène example) | Products |
Margaux | Margaux Tote, Margaux Mini |
Céleste | Céleste Clutch |
Eau de Parfum | No. 7 Eau de Parfum 50 ml |

4. Product Identifier
Search for product identifiers such as SKUs, ASINs or EANs, to analyse individual products in detail.
Note: Product categories, reporting names, product lines, products and identifiers are all set up in Settings. The filter can only show what has been configured there.
