Images

Spot, prioritise and moderate the images behind widespread infringements, so one decision can clear many posts at once.

In short: The Images view shows every image found across your monitored posts, ranked by Impact Score, so you can moderate the images that are reused most widely and clear many posts with a single decision.

Understanding the Images view

Counterfeiters often reuse the same product photos across many posts, accounts and platforms. The Images view brings every image detected across your monitored posts into one place, so you can spot repeated misuse of your imagery on marketplaces, social media and webpages, and act on it quickly.

Identical and near-identical copies of an image are grouped together, so when you moderate one image, the decision applies to every post that uses it.

1. How images are ranked

Ranking tells you where to start. By default, images are sorted by their Impact Score, so the most urgent, highest-value threats always appear at the top.

The Impact Score combines two scores:

  • Risk Score: how likely the posts using the image are to be infringing, based on the full text, detected logos, keywords, pricing and product category.

  • Duplicated Group Score: how many times the same image appears across live posts, showing how widely the infringement is spreading.

Tip: Start with the images at the top of the list. Moderating one widely reused image can label or remove dozens, or even hundreds, of connected posts at once.

2. Navigating the Image view

Each row gives you the context you need to decide on an image without opening it.

  • Image ID: opens the image’s moderation page.

  • Associated Posts: all known posts that use the same or a similar image.

  • Associated Accounts: all accounts or sellers using the same or a similar image.

  • Associated Clusters: all seller networks (clusters) linked to the same or a similar image.

  • Label: the image’s current infringement type or classification.

  • List/Card View: switches between a list and a card layout.

  • Export: downloads your currently filtered images as an Excel file.

  • Play button (Start Moderation): starts moderating the images one after another.

Moderation status

The check marks show how far the image has moved through the workflow:

  • One check mark: the image has been moderated, with an infringing or legitimate label.

  • Two check marks: the label has been reviewed for accuracy and completeness.

  • Three check marks: the label has been validated. If it’s infringing, the posts containing the image are ready for enforcement.

What else you’ll find

  • Label: the infringement type or classification applied to the image.

  • Active Clusters: the seller networks currently sharing this image.

  • Product Category: the type of product detected in the image.

  • Feature Labelling & Modifications: highlights visual changes made to the image, flagging and labelling areas where manipulation, such as an altered brand logo, has been detected.

  • Similar Images: shown below the main image, other images with matching visual patterns, layouts or content.

  • Related Posts: all posts containing this exact image, sorted by Impact Score.

  • Tags: any custom tags applied to the image for internal tracking.

  • Comments: a space for your team to collaborate, attach files and tag each other using @username.
