Posts

Investigate individual marketplace listings, social media posts and webpages, moderate them, and find the posts connected to them.

In short: The Post view lists every post Zeal has detected, so you can review the details of a post, moderate it and find the other posts connected to it, all from one place.

Understanding the Posts

The Post view is the most efficient way to investigate individual posts: review pricing and seller behaviour, check what’s infringing and confirm it before you take action.

A post is a single piece of content found online, with its own ID (for example, PO#XXXX). Posts can be:

  • Marketplace listings

  • Social media posts

  • Webpages

Note: Individual webpages appear here as posts. To manage a whole domain, use the Websites tab.

1. Navigating the Post tab

Use the main table to filter, organise and assess posts at a glance.

  • Search Bar & Filters: narrow your results by date, geography, label and more.

  • List/Card View: switches between a list and a card layout.

  • Export: downloads all currently filtered posts as an Excel file.

  • Play button (Start Moderation): starts moderating all filtered posts one after another.

  • Post ID: the post’s unique ID.

  • Website: the marketplace, social media platform or website where the post is live.

  • Account: the account or seller behind the post.

  • Suspicious Reasons: flags for behaviour or patterns that point to potential abuse (for example, Logo Detected or Suspicious Seller).

  • Label: the post’s current infringement type or classification.

  • Impact Score: combines how likely the post is to be infringing with how widely its images are reused. The higher the score, the bigger the impact of acting on it.

Tip: Customise the columns to add or remove data points, so the table shows what matters most to you.

2. Quick review: expanding a post

Check a post without leaving the table. Click a post in the feed to open a quick-view panel.

The panel gives you a fast snapshot of:

  • Post ID & Status: the post’s ID, which opens it in a new window, and whether it’s currently online or offline.

  • Detection Data: the date the post was crawled, its geographic location and its product category.

  • Website & Account: where the post is live and who is selling.

  • Price: the advertised price.

  • Label & Impact Score: the infringement classification and its priority.

  • Images & Screenshot: the images in the post, plus a full screenshot of the post as it appeared when it was detected.

  • Title & Description: the seller’s original text.

  • Contact Details: any contact information extracted for the seller, where available.

  • Tags: any custom tags applied to the post.

3. The post moderation page

For a closer investigation, click a Post ID to open its moderation page. Here you can review every infringing element in one place and take moderation actions directly.

Post status

  • Core Info: the post ID, online or offline status, and crawl date.

  • One check mark: the post has been moderated, with an infringing or legitimate label.

  • Two check marks: the label has been reviewed for accuracy.

  • Three check marks: the label has been validated. If it’s infringing, the post is ready for enforcement.

Post details

  • Post Context: the website, seller account, geography, product category and price.

  • Text Details: the original title and description.

  • Infringing Elements: brand violations found in the text, such as counterfeit terminology.

  • IP Asset/Document: the intellectual property documents needed to enforce the takedown.

  • Tags: click New Tag to categorise the post for your internal records.

Images and image moderation

  • Images: a gallery of the images used in the post. Click any Image ID to open its detailed view.

  • Feature Labels: infringing elements detected in the image itself (for example, Logo Detected or Logo Missing).

Collaboration

  • Comments: mention teammates using @username to ask questions or confirm findings.

  • Attachments: use the paperclip icon to upload files or reference images.

Finding connected posts

At the bottom of the page, two sections help you find more of the same infringement:

  • Post with the Same & Related Images: posts that use the same or visually similar images.

  • Other Posts from this Account: other posts published by the same seller.
