In short: Zeal finds listings/posts, images, accounts and domains that misuse your brand, gets them triaged by rules and people, sends removal notices, and shows you the results on dashboards.
Understanding Zeal
Zeal is Corsearch's brand protection platform. It monitors marketplaces, social media, websites and app stores for listings, images, accounts and domains that misuse your brand, from counterfeits and lookalikes to copyright abuse and impersonation.
Zeal combines automated detection with expert review, so you act on the infringements that matter rather than sifting through everything online. Every step, from detection to removal, is tracked, so you can show exactly what's been removed and how quickly.
Who it's for: brand owners, legal and IP teams, and anyone who needs to protect a brand online and report on the results.
How Zeal works
Every result passes through the same five-step triage process. Some steps can be automated and some are always done by a person, so you can scale without losing accuracy.

1. Detection | Zeal finds potential infringements | ✅ | – |
2. Moderation | Each result is labelled | ✅ | ✅ |
3. Review | Labels are checked for accuracy | – | ✅ |
4. Validation (optional) | You approve what to act on | – | ✅ |
5. Enforcement | Removal notices are sent and tracked | ✅ | ✅ |
1. Detection
Zeal searches for your brand using your keywords, images and logos, and collects anything that looks like a risk.
What Zeal monitors: listings (marketplace listings, social media posts and webpages), images, accounts (sellers and usernames) and domains.
Where it looks: hundreds of marketplaces, social media platforms, search engines, websites and app stores.
How it spots infringements: technologies such as Reverse Image Search (RISE), Image Match, Logo Detection, OCR and AI Category Detection.

2. Moderation
Every result is labelled as legitimate or as a potential infringement, such as a counterfeit, copyright abuse or a lookalike.
Auto-Moderation: rules label results automatically based on keywords, price, image features, logos and more.
Manual moderation: analysts label the results the rules don't cover.

3. Review
A Quality Analyst checks that each result has been labelled correctly before it moves on. They correct mislabelling and flag unclear cases, so only accurate results reach enforcement. This step is always done by a person.
4. Validation
Before anything is enforced, you can review the infringements yourself and approve the ones to act on. Validation is always done by a person.
Note: Validation is optional. If your Program doesn't use it, reviewed infringements go straight to enforcement.
5. Enforcement
Zeal sends removal notices to the platform, marketplace or domain host, and tracks each one until the infringement is removed.
Manual enforcement: you or your analysts choose the infringements to enforce and send the notices.
Auto-Enforcement: rules send notices automatically for infringements that match the criteria you've set.

Track and report
Dashboards show what's been detected, enforced and removed, how compliant each platform is, and how quickly infringements come down.
Dashboards: track performance across all your brands or one brand at a time.
