In short: The Platforms Dashboard brings your enforcement results for marketplaces, social media, app stores and paid ads into one view, so you can prove ROI, track how fast infringements are removed and see where threats come from.
Understanding the Platforms Dashboard
This dashboard unifies your data pipeline, making it easy to prove ROI and analyse trends. It contains enforcement information for these platforms:
Marketplaces
Social media
App stores
Paid ads
1. Filters & global controls
Use the top navigation bar to slice your data precisely.
Date & Channel: filter data by specific timeframes (e.g. "Last 30 days") and online spaces (social media, marketplaces).
Unique vs. Impacted Posts: toggle between Unique Posts (the number of primary listings caught) and Impacted Posts (all alternative or localised URLs linked to those listings).
Download PDF: export your dashboard as a PDF file and save it to your computer.
Note: Figures exclude the current day's data, due to a 1-day aggregation lag that ensures they match historical data exactly.

2. Key figures
A quick, high-level snapshot of your Program's performance.
Results and trends
Total Enforcement: number of posts submitted for takedown.
Total Removals: confirmed number of posts successfully removed by platforms.
Average Compliance: the percentage of takedown requests that platforms actually execute; it measures whether they comply.
Estimated Value Removed: estimated financial value of the counterfeit goods knocked offline (direct ROI).
Infringements vs Removals: a rolling 12-month line chart tracking whether removal efforts are keeping pace with new detections.
Removals by Label: a breakdown showing exactly how infringers are attacking (e.g. Counterfeit vs. Trademark vs. Design Infringement).
Moderation, enforcement and removal efficiency
Track how efficiently items move through Moderation, Enforcement and Removal (takedown).
Removal Lifecycle: a funnel chart showing the volume and conversion rates at every phase, from initial detection to final removal.
Time to Action: median time to moderate, enforce and remove detected items.
Time to Moderate: the hours or days it takes for detections to be classified as infringements (Auto-Moderation and manual moderation).
Time to Enforce: the hours or days it takes to send a takedown notice.
Time to Remove: the hours or days it takes for infringements to be removed after enforcement.
Note: Time to Action is calculated only on moderated (and auto-moderated) items that were ultimately removed. Items moderated but not enforced, or enforced but not removed by the platform, are excluded.

3. Visibility
See how clean search results are for your keywords, and which keywords bring up the most infringements.
This section shows keyword performance and your Cleanliness Score. The score is calculated from total appearances across the search landscape:
The formula: Cleanliness Score (%) = Clean result instances ÷ Total result instances × 100 |
Example: if your priority keywords generate a total of 100 search result instances, and 70 are clean while 30 are "dirty" (infringing), your score is 70%.
Keywords
The number (#) of keywords generating the highest volume of infringing results.
The percentage (%) Cleanliness Score of those keywords.
Cleanliness graphs
All: the average Cleanliness Score over the last 12 months. The higher the score, the cleaner platforms are of infringements.
By Domain: the number (#) of clean vs. potentially infringing posts, and the percentage (%) Cleanliness Score, broken down by platform.
Post Label: the number (#) of clean vs. potentially infringing posts, and the percentage (%) Cleanliness Score, broken down by label (classification).

4. Risk & geographic overview
Pinpoint exactly where threats are coming from and which platforms are responsible.
Global Infringements Heatmap: a map and breakdown showing which countries (e.g. Thailand) are driving the most violations. You can toggle to view this information as a table instead.
Platform Breakdown: all platforms (including their region) where most infringements are found, with the number of enforcements and removals, categories and infringement type (label).
Platform Compliance: the percentage of enforcement requests that a marketplace or social media platform approves and executes; it shows how cooperative they are.
Platform Responsiveness: the hours or days a platform takes to remove reported infringements; it shows how fast they take infringements down.
5. Offenders & product deep dive
See who is behind the most infringements, and what they target.
Repeat Offenders: a table of the specific infringing accounts responsible for the highest volumes of infringements.
Most Infringed Products: your most targeted product categories, product lines and individual products.
Most Infringed Images: the top 20 images infringers are reusing across the web.
