In short: The Enforcement tab groups items ready for takedown into notices, so you can review, send and track every legal notice, and follow up with platforms, from one place.
Understanding the Enforcement tab
The Enforcement tab is the central hub for every legal notice related to your infringement cases. Whether notices are generated manually or automatically, the Notice View keeps enforcement actions transparent, traceable and organised.
From this view, you can:
Access and review all submitted legal notices in one place.
Track the status and progress of each notice across platforms and countries.
Keep clear records for compliance, legal follow-ups and reporting.
Streamline collaboration between moderators, legal teams and enforcement specialists.

1. Notices
Use the notice list to see at a glance what's waiting, what's being sent and what's done. The Enforcement tab groups all infringing items that are ready for enforcement into batches, each with a unique Notice ID.
The takedown process has three stages:
Queued: the notice is created and awaiting action.
In Progress: the notice is being processed and sent.
Processed: the notice has been successfully actioned.
Two columns show how each notice was handled:
Method: the enforcement method used, such as Email, API or IP Portal.
System: whether the enforcement is carried out automatically or manually.

2. Reviewing and sending a notice
Check a notice before it goes out, so the platform receives everything it needs to act. Click a Notice ID to open a window with the key enforcement details:
Domain / Platform: the marketplace, social media platform or website involved.
Country: the location associated with the infringement.
Brands Affected: all impacted brands linked to the notice.
Supporting Documents: all documents needed for enforcement, such as the POA and IP Certificates.
Enforcement Method: how the notice will be sent (Email, Webform or API).
Once you've reviewed the information, click Send Now. It's used to:
Send the notice directly to the relevant marketplace, platform or website.
Log and track manual takedown actions that were carried out outside Zeal.
Notice information
Scroll further down within a notice to see more enforcement details, including the Number of Items/Posts: how many infringing listings the notice includes. This gives you a clear view of the scope and reach of each notice, and the full impact of your enforcement action.
Important: Check that the Supporting Documents are complete before you click Send Now, as platforms need them to act on the notice.

3. Communicating with platforms
Each platform has its own reporting standards, and notices are set up to meet them. Every notice contains a pre-configured message tailored to the specific platform; for example, eBay may require different wording from Shopee.
As an enforcer, you can:
Edit the pre-configured message before sending, if it needs adjusting.
Reply within the notice thread once the notice has moved to In Progress, for direct follow-up with the platform.
Attach additional documentation to your replies to support the enforcement action.
