Programs & Organizations

Group and manage several Organisations under one Program, so you can switch, search, report and export across brands in one place.

In short: A Program groups several Organisations (usually one per brand) so you can see, filter and export across all of them, while each Organisation keeps its own brand-specific workspace.

Understanding Programs and Organisations

Zeal has two levels of workspace. A Program is the top-level container that groups several Organisations under one umbrella. An Organisation is a brand-specific workspace, typically representing a single brand or legal entity.

This structure is especially useful if you manage several brands: you get one consolidated view for oversight and reporting, and can still work brand by brand when you need detail.

1. Programs

Use the Program level when you want the big picture across all your brands.

A Program:

  • Acts as a portfolio or master workspace.

  • Provides a Program-level dashboard with a consolidated view across all included Organisations.

  • Makes it easy to switch between related brands and keep high-level oversight.

At Program level, you can:

  • View centralised dashboards: activity and insights consolidated across several Organisations.

  • Apply shared filters: use the same filters across brands for faster, more consistent analysis.

  • Generate cross-Organisation exports: support consolidated reporting and decision-making.

2. Organisations

Use the Organisation level when you want to work on one brand in detail.

An Organisation:

  • Has its own dedicated dashboard, similar in structure to a Program dashboard.

  • Is focused only on that one Organisation, showing brand-specific data and activity.

  • Contains the Organisation's assets, monitoring setup, results and workflows.

  • Lets you work at a granular, brand-by-brand level.

3. Switch between Organisations

Move quickly from one brand to another without leaving the dashboard.

  1. Go to Dashboards.

  2. Click the Organization dropdown and select any Organisation in your Program. You can also use the search bar to find any Organisation in the Program directly.

Note: If an Organisation you expect isn't visible in a Program, it usually means you don't have access to it, or it hasn't been created or linked to any Program yet.

4. Create an Organisation within a Program

Add a new brand or legal entity to your Program so it gets its own workspace.

  1. Click your User Name, then click the + icon.

  2. Fill in all the fields in the Create New Organization window. To make the Organisation live, select Production in the Status dropdown.

  3. Click Create.

Note: The Status dropdown sets the Organisation's current state. Besides Production, you can choose Demo, Training or Onboarding, depending on how the Organisation is being used.

5. Share filters across a Program

Create a filter once and reuse it in every Organisation in the Program, so all brands are analysed the same way.

  1. Open the Post View in any Organisation.

  2. Select the filters you want to save (such as labels, website or estimated geo) and click Search.

  3. Click Saved Filters → Save new filter.

  4. Name your filter (for example, "Infringements in Central Asia").

  5. Select Share filters with all organizations across Program.

  6. Click Save Filter.

6. Export data across a Program

Pull data from several Organisations into one export for consolidated reporting.

  1. Go to the Post View and apply your filters.

  2. Click Export Posts.

  3. Click the Include data from organizations dropdown and select all the Organisations you want to export data from.

  4. Click Export.
