In short: The Uploads page lets you add images, posts, accounts and websites to Zeal yourself, either manually or by sending URLs for automated crawling.
Understanding uploads
You can upload data directly into Zeal from the Uploads page in the sidebar. Manual uploads enrich Zeal's database with accounts, posts and other information that may not be captured online, so your monitoring and enforcement reflect everything you know.
1. Why upload data
Uploads let you tell Zeal what's genuine and what's already known to infringe.
Protect authorised sellers: upload and whitelist new accounts or reseller websites to make sure they aren't enforced against.
Keep official images up to date: upload official images of new collections and products.
Find related infringers: upload known infringing accounts and posts to identify any related accounts.

2. What you can upload
The Uploads page covers three kinds of data:
Upload Images
Upload Posts
Upload Accounts & Websites
To view all your previous uploads, go to Upload > History.

3. How to upload
Choose the method that matches what you have: full details, or just the URLs.
Manually: provide all the details in the interface, or in bulk using an Excel sheet.
Automated crawling: provide the URLs, which are sent for automatic scraping and uploaded into Zeal. You can provide the URLs in bulk or in an Excel sheet.
Note: Automated crawling is only available for platforms that Zeal has scraping set up for. This usually includes most platforms, but not standalone websites.
